How to Obtain CME:

For Thursday afternoon University of Texas grand rounds program:
University of Texas verifies CME through the UTMB Website .
1. Sign in onsite at the lecture
2. Register on-line, log in, and/or set up a new account.
3. Print a certificate
4. Attendees do not need to be members of HOS or UTHSC staff or faculty to receive CME from this conference

For the Thursday dinner meeting:
1. Sign in onsite at each event
2. The CME sponsor for the event will provide HOS members official CME credit based on attendance and submission of CME evaluation of the events.

The Society dinner meeting is jointly sponsored by The Methodist Hospital System and the Houston Ophthalmological Society.

Members in good standing are eligible to receive up to one AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ for each dinner meeting presentation. Credit certificate is issued upon completion of an online evaluation which will be provided via email after each meeting.
